FOXNews.com is reporting that scientists have discovered a underground ocean in Eastern Asia. I couldn't help but think of the Genesis Flood when I read this as the Bible refers to the "fountains of the great deep broken up". I wondered if this underground ocean is part of those fountains the Bible mentioned in Genesis 7. Makes for an interesting read.
"In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights."
