Computer and desk stretching exercise can help you avoid joint and other muscle problems when you use computers for a long time. These exercises can easily be done at your desk. You might even suggest this your secretary or other staff who use computers for long periods of time. Eye strain, carpal tunnel, and back problems are just some of the issues that plague frequent computer users.
